Osage Park Bentonville AR (Urban Outdoor Park)
Osage Park in Bentonville Ar is a welcome addition to all the many sensational things to do in Bentonville Arkansas. Basically, it is a unique urban outdoor park featuring exciting natural, educational, and recreational experiences.
On 12 acres of beautiful wetlands, this one-of-a-kind park has floating boardwalks that connect walkways and paths throughout.
Wetlands
Osage Park surrounds Lake Bentonville. Kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing are readily available on the lake.
From the lake’s edge or from one of the strategically placed fishing docks around the lake, you can fish for carp, sunfish, channel catfish, blue catfish, and largemouth bass.
A paved walking path with conveniently placed benches meanders around the picturesque lake. From the benches, you can watch the planes take off and land, people watch, or just enjoy the sun and breathe in the fresh air.

Accessing Osage Park
You can access the park from four parking areas. Once in the park, you can, of course, access the entire park.
Thaden Fieldhouse off of I Street This area includes a playground, Thaden Fieldhouse, Runway for Bentonville Municipal Airport (Louise Thaden Field), The Louise Restaurant, lake access, and walking trails.
701 SW F St This area offers easy access to The Quiver (archery range) the Dog Park and has incredible views of planes landing and taking off at Thaden Field.
700 SW 16th StLocated at this entrance are the Food Trucks, Pavilion, and Pickleball courts.
Bentonville Brewing CompanyThere is also an entrance to Osage park at the back of Bentonville Brewing parking lot.

The Louise Restaurant, an American restaurant, serves diner-style breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. It has a full bar and amazing views of the Thaden Airport plane activity.
OZ Art – Public art is another feature of this beautiful park. Be on the lookout for sculptures at the main entrance and placed throughout the park.
Louise Thaden Airport – Small jets and turboprops, taking off or coming in for landing, can frequently be seen from most areas of Osage Park.
The Quiver Archery – A world class archery range with beginner to advanced classes for kids and adults. Cornhold and Bocce Ball are also available just outside The Quiver.

Multipurpose Lawn – The area around the pavilion has a place to fly a kite, throw a frisbee, kick a ball around, or for the kiddos to run.
Pickleball Courts – Two new regulation pickleball courts are next to the pavilion.
Pavilion – This unique structure provides shelter and shade. Tables and chairs offer a pleasant dining area. The Pavilion overlooks the pickleball courts and Osage Park.

Playground Area – A new playground are has been added to Osage Park. It is west of the pavilion. It is shaped like an airplane and is made with powder-coated steel and cargo nets for kids to enjoy.
Osage Park’s schedule features a steady stream of public, educational, and recreational opportunities including guided nature walks, bird watching, mindful nature walks, yoga, live music and many other special events throughout the year.
